Socapalm has a 8 sites: General Management in Douala, the plantations of Mbongo, Edéa and Mbambou in the Sanaga Martime division, Eséka plantation in the Nyong and Kelle division, Dibombari plantation in the Moungo division,Kienké plantation in the ocean division and Socaport.

All plantations are equipped with modern technical, agricultural and industrial services, and a qualified workforce.

On 31 December 2021, Socapalm employed 2 553 permanent employees, of which 585 are women. In addition, the indirect workforce is composed of contractors (3 971 employees) and of temporary employees (802 employees), making a total of 7 326 direct and indirect employees.
