The company operates from 8 sites: the General Management in Douala, the Mbongo, Edéa and Mbambou plantations in the Sanaga Maritime department, the Eséka plantation in the Nyong et Kelle department, the Dibombari plantation in the Moungo department, the Kienké plantation in the Ocean department and the port of Douala (Socaport).

All plantations have modern agricultural and industrial technical departments and a skilled workforce.

On 31 December 2022, Socapalm had 2 591 direct employees, including 596 women. In addition, the indirect workforce consists of contractors (3 974 employees) and temporary employees (769 employees), for a total of 7 334 direct and indirect employees.
